A family is desperately seeking urgent medical assistance for their son after he was allegedly shot during a military operation, raising fresh concerns over the conduct of security operations and the protection of civilians.

According to the family, the young man sustained severe gunshot injuries during the raid and has since been battling for his life while receiving treatment.
