Terrorists Kill Four in Southern Kaduna, Abduct 11 Residents in Fresh Attack

At least four persons have been killed and 11 others abducted after suspected terrorists launched a deadly attack on communities in Southern Kaduna, further deepening insecurity in the region.

According to Sahara Reporters, the attackers invaded the affected communities in a coordinated night operation, opening fire on residents before whisking away several victims into surrounding forests.

Local sources said the assailants moved through residential areas, causing panic as families fled for safety while security responses reportedly came after the attackers had already escaped with abducted victims.

The latest incident adds to a growing wave of violent attacks in Kaduna State, where rural communities have repeatedly come under assault from armed groups carrying out killings, kidnappings, and raids.

Residents have continued to call for stronger security presence and faster response mechanisms, warning that repeated attacks are leaving communities increasingly vulnerable.

Security authorities are yet to release full details on the incident or confirm rescue efforts at the time of reporting.

The attack underscores the persistent insecurity challenges in parts of Northern Nigeria, where mass abductions and armed violence remain a recurring crisis affecting civilian populations.
